I think every country has adopted SAM guideline for in-patient management, so it's suitable for tratement, if you havn't any SAM guideline so you should adopte it WHO SAM guideline then you can update according to your country sutiation

In the "Type" search for technical guidelines and indicate hte coutry you are interested in. Guidelines on this website are those that are in hte public domain. Other national guidelines may be available from your national Ministry of Health / Nutrition or through the nutrition cluster.
