Just thought to also share here Holt International's Feeding and Postioning Manual. This manual has great handouts and covers all aspects of feeding for children of all ages and abilities.

Please forward me the the french version! I want to communicate that this might be a valuable ressource available in many languages but some of the information has to be read with a critical eye and may need to be changed. Just two examples: I would not recommend bottle feeding in half reclined position outside of the arms of the care-giver. The illustration for assuring a good latch all have the fingers of the mothers too near to the nipple and will not result in a deep latch, preventing sore nipples!
