Currently all posts written in English on en-net are automatically translated into French and posted on the en-net French mirror site immediately. Likewise, any posts written in French are automatically translated into English. The automatic translation aims to keep the discussion 'live' and avoid delays in people receiving new posts.

However, as the automatic function is prone to a certain amount of error, the en-net translator reviews all translated posts as soon as possible after posting (within 48 hours) and upgrades the translation on the site.

As an exception, jobs and vacancies posted on the forum will no longer be translated, but posted only in their original language. If agencies would like a vacancy to be posted in both English and French, we would request that they provide both language versions to us for posting.
