Dear all
WHO is planning to to develop specific recommendations for counselling and support of breastfeeding, including approaches for improving practices in emergency settings and among vulnerable populations. I will attend the guideline scoping meeting on 11th and 12th May to contribute experiences from emergency and fragile/high burden contexts. I would greatly appreciate you taking the time to feedback relevant experiences and suggestions, in a short survey I've prepared, by 4th May.

This is a great opportunity to locate breastfeeding support in emergencies within a broader guidance framework and to prioritise the particular needs of infants and mothers in such circumstances.
