While manufacturing supplementary food product through extrusion process wherein the cereal mix is passed through an extruder for cooking and 11% oil is added to the product, then the question is whether the oil in the cereal mix should be added before extrusion or after extrusion.

I suppose it should be after extrusion as extrusion is done with high T°, I think it could eventually deteriorate the oil...
But this is just a personal thinking, I didn't checked
