Save the Children is excited to be recruiting a Senior Humanitarian Advisor, Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies!
This individual will manage, broaden, and advocate for the development of evidence-based Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IYCF-E) programming and capacity in order to ensure the delivery of high quality, timely, accountable and appropriate IYCF-E responses globally. The post holder will support the Save the Children Humanitarian Nutrition team and work with global stakeholders such as the Infant Feeding in Emergencies Core Group, the Global Nutrition Cluster (GNC) and UN agencies, to lead on the technical direction of IYCF-E response standards, protocols, and strategies, while representing Save the Children at a global level. The role will include high quality nutrition Technical Assistance (TA) directly to countries that are implementing IYCF-E programmes.
This is a full-time position based in London, UK or any existing Save the Children International Regional or Country office worldwide.
