We are currently seeking for the Operations Department:
AN OPERATIONAL TECHNICAL REFERENCE SUPPORT - HEALTH NUTRITION (M / F)
Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, Chad
Based in Paris 17th

Context: Working in the Pool 4 team, which is made up of 11 people and which deals with the Central Africa region (Chad, Cameroon, Central African Republic, DRC, Burkina Faso). Place of work ACF-F office in Paris.

Mission: Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Assistant to the Regional Director of Pool Operations and under the functional responsibility of the referent of the technical sector, the operational technical support representative will be in charge of providing support to the Technical Operational Reference Nutrition Santé of the Pool. During the very busy periods of two key Pool assignments with ACF United States, the primary mission will be to support the RTO Nutrition Santé du Pool in conducting its mission team support activities to be defined (with The RTO) to ensure the quality, relevance and technical innovation of ACF's interventions. In addition, it will also be necessary to ensure the final validation of 3 capitalization files.

More specifically, he will be in charge of:
• Provide technical advice to the mission followed (in line with its strategy)
• Promote and evaluate the technical quality of the interventions of this mission (in line with its strategy)
• Participate in the management of human resources in the business sector
• Finalization of capitalization files: PB mères (Chad), mobile clinics (Chad), PARSSI (Côte d'Ivoire)

Required profile: Bac +5 in Nutrition / Health, you have at least 4 humanitarian field experience with a good knowledge of the countries of Central Africa. An experience as Health Nutrition Coordinator or Technical Operational Referent at ACF or other organizations would be ideal. A strong appetite for team work is essential.
You will need great analytical, synthesis, organizational and adaptability skills. You also have very good communication and team-building skills.
French essential.

Status: Independent Executive - 2 months full time - full time

Salary conditions: From 35 to 41K € annual gross over 13 months according to experience, 19 days of RTT, 20 days of telework per year (as part of ACF's telecommuting policy, after managerial agreement) (Assumed to 60% by ACF), supplementary health (assumed 80% by ACF), reimbursement 50% public transport.
