SCI is looking for a dynamic and experienced project manager who can provide expert technical guidance and leadership to this innovative capacity building project in Myanmar. This role requires experience of integrated nutrition and livelihoods programme design; knowledge and understanding of how to assess, monitor and evaluate nutrition outcomes of FSL programmes. The LEARN project aims to increase the capacity of international and national NGOs (LIFT multi donor trust fund Implementing Partners) to develop and deliver a more comprehensive nutrition focused approach through their food security programmes that includes all three food security pillars: availability, access and utilization. The project will raise the awareness and the skill level of LIFT implementing partners to integrate and deliver nutrition sensitive food security activities through a process of participatory assessment programme review and design and institutional capacity building including: staff training, mentoring and direct implementation support. ROLE PURPOSE: Under the management of Save the Children International, the post holder will manage a team that will, together with consortium member support, ensure the provision of technical advice and support to the LIFT Board, Fund Management Office and LIFT Implementing partners, increasing understanding and practical applications of integrated nutrition and FSL programming. The post holder will ensure that programming objectives are achieved and that LIFT IPs are able to successfully integrate nutrition activities into livelihoods and economic development programming, improving LIFT IPs project outcomes.
