If you look at the list of distributing partners on the mentioned website, you will find no UN Agency or other internationally reputed NGOs are the distributing partners. If anything like this has to be distributed, WFP is the one who coordinates and has to perform analysis and testing on it. So, avoid at the moment. regards,
