Emergency Response Personnel - Nutrition Advisor: ‘ERPs’ as we call them are critical to the work that we do and are very much part of the Humanitarian Nutrition Team. They are primarily based in the field to support country programmes. For example, they may be the lead technical adviser in a small or medium-sized emergency or the 2nd phase of large emergency. Alternatively they may be deployed as a field level technical coordinator in a complex, large-scale emergency.
