The Vacancy Notice for a P3 Technical Officer’s post in the area of scientific advice on nutrition (Temporary for 1 year) has now been posted (https://erecruit.who.int/public/hrd-cl-vac-view.asp?o_c=1000&jobinfo_uid_c=26238&vaclng=en). This is to strengthen WHO’s work on scientific advice on nutrition and development of evidence-informed WHO guidelines on diet, nutrition and health including the prevention of nutrition-related NCDs as well as to strengthen the dissemination of WHO guidelines and latest available scientific evidence on nutrition-related interventions through the WHO e-Library of Evidence for Nutrition Actions (eLENA) to guide countries in developing and implementing evidence-informed nutrition policies and programmes which comprehensively address the double burden of malnutrition. The deadline for the application is 13 July 2012.
