Related to the discussions in Field Exchange regarding local production of RUTF, does anyone have studies or documents on start-up costs of local production, start-up timelines, or operational experiences (and bottlenecks)?
Does anyone have experiences in local production of RUTF wherein start-up costs were not the main limiting factor? If so, what was the experience?
