Valid International requires an Admin/Project Assistant to help with the coordination of our operations both in the UK and overseas. The Admin/Project Assistant works closely with the Desk Officer and the Senior Desk Officer and in close collaboration with country offices and field staff to support and coordinate a varied portfolio of projects and programmes.
This is an administrative and project support role to a busy office and requires the following key skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Ability to work within a small office team and home based team
- Happy to work on wide range of tasks
- Previous office based experience
- Proactive, problem solving approach
