I am on thesis for master of biostatistics and health informatics. Now I want to study on the effect of plumpy'nut, assessing the outcomes of OTP, and determining the length of stay in context (our settings-Ethiopia).
1. What is the standard length of stay of children in OTP? and Do you think the length of stay might vary from setting to setting or from country to country because of the local situations?
2. How do you judge if I study effect of plumpy'nut controlling other factors like routine medications?

In brief ... LOS in OTP varies according to program coverage.
For question 2 ... I am not sure what you are trying to show since RUTF is the enabling technology for CTC/OTP/CMAM. Without RUTF there can be no CTC/OTP/CMAM? Please be more explicit regarding your research question / hypothesis.
