We are currently working on this topic in a sub-working Group on Adult/adolescent malnutrition, which falls under the Wasting Global Thematic Working Group of the GNC. We are trying to identify MUAC cut-offs for SAM without complications that could enroll for outpatient treatment.  So your question is very pertinent.
