ENN is recruiting for a part time (30 hours per week) Human Resources Advisor. The HR Advisor will provide a first point of contact to the team, delivering comprehensive advice and guidance to managers across the organisation, whilst administering all of ENN’s HR processes, to include recruitment and onboarding, so they run both smoothly and efficiently. This role provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with the HR Manager in developing new People and Culture initiatives to help mature the organisation and to support all employees to deliver their best work, maximising engagement and ensuring a positive employment life cycle for all employees.
