We have a nutrition flipbook with activities used for low literacy group audiences and we are in search of examples of some monitoring or evaluation tools others have used to measure impact of low literacy education/ training besides interviews or focus group discussions. 

If you have any examples of M&E tools used to measure educational effectivess for low literacy audiences, I would love to see them!
