AAH-UK, in collaboration with IRC and Save the Children, is conducting a Scoping Review on behalf of UNICEF Supply Division on alternative RUTF formulations developed and tested globally . The objectives of this review are:

1. To identify alternative RUTF formulations tested globally and describe their nutritional content and compare them to current standards;

2. To summarise the current evidence on acceptability, cost, effectiveness and/or cost-effectiveness of the alternative RUTF formulation;

3. To highlight potential areas of uncertainty, discussion or evidence gaps.

With this call, we would like to ask for the submission of any relevant grey literature including, but not limited to, additional studies, protocols, commentaries, programme evaluations on the topic of severe wasting treatment.
