Good day, everyone. As part of GMP research the MOMENTUM project will conduct, we will carry out community mapping to better understand referral systems for severe acute malnutrition in Niger. What participatory community mapping tools have you used? These don’t have to be related specifically to nutrition but should shed light on CHW referrals to health centers, caretakers’ adherence to referral recommendations, caregiver travel to health facilities, and health facility worker counter-referral back to communities for community based services offered by CHWs, community platforms, etc. If possible, it should include referral and counter-referral to higher level facilities such as hospitals.
