Purpose: On behalf of MoH/GoSS Directorate of Community based services and Save the Children in South Sudan (SCiSS) and in collaboration with the state authorities, and other health partners, the consultant will strengthen the capacity of MoH to scale up and coordinate Maternal Child Health programs with key emphasis on Home Health promoters and Community Case Management activities at national, state and county levels.
