We are seeing a substatial proportion of elderly on ART above 65 years presenting with low BMI at our health facilities. Is it correct to use this indicator for this age group? kindly assist.

HelpAge ddi a lot of work on this for thier RAM-OP project and they plumped for using MUAC using 210 mm and 185 mm for GAM and SAM.
I think the rational for using MUAC is given in this report.
