Thank you for your question. However, it is quite broad which might be the reason for the lack of responses. Please can you let us know if you are interested in a particular context or whether you can provide more detail on the type of lessons you are interested in, e.g. programme management, acceptability, community engagement etc. Sustainability is obviously a challenge for programmes operating outside government health services, which is why programmes increasingly seek integration.
