Does anyone know of existing training materials aimed at helping semi-illiterate women to understand how to eat healthier within their very low household budget (e.g. that could be adapted for street vendors in a slum area of Accra, Ghana). The main aims  of the training materials should be to: 1. help prevent obesity and type 2 diabetes in women, who are members of "bottom-up" style women-to-women participatory groups, and 2. help prevent stunting and anaemia in their families. Many thanks

We all need basic nutrition to keep ourselves fit and strong, and providig healthy eating taining materials to semi-illiterate women is good as they do not have much knowledge about it and proper nutrition does not go in so a diet is good and beneficial for them.
