CHAD will conduct a nutrition survey using SMART methods in June 2011. A francophone survey consultant experienced with survey and SMART methods isneeded to coordinate the survey planning and implementation. TASKS The contracts will be for the implementation of a sub-national nutrition survey representative on the regional level. Survey coordination will be completed in collaboration with the national technical committee. Following SMART methods, standardization of anthropometrists, data entry in the field and intensive supervision on data quality will be required. The responsibilities of the consultant will include development/finalization of the survey protocol, budget, timeline, sampling, training, field-testing, data collection, supervision, data entry, report and presentation of results (about 10 weeks).
