Job Purpose

In line with Save the Children's humanitarian public health strategy 2018-2021, we are continuing to strengthen and expand our frontline health and nutrition capacity to deliver quality public health programming in humanitarian contexts. As Humanitarian Nutrition Adviser, your key deliverables will include coordinating our Global Humanitarian Surge Platform and providing technical support, re-launch community of Humanitarian Surge Platform (HST's) links and understanding the role of nutrition within the Pneumonia centenary breakthrough.

This role offers an experienced and committed individual the exciting opportunity to shape the future of nutrition in the humanitarian sector. You'll have independence to develop your own projects and have broad working relationships. You will also have the opportunity to be involved with groups outside of the technical team as well as the opportunity to represent with external agencies
