Are there documentations available on evaluation of CMAM performance from integrated MoH - led CMAM Programmes? (Whose performances can be used for possible adaptations to programme indicators in such contexts/developmental contexts).

Sphere minimum standards are relevant for emergency and non emergency contexts if you are looking at programme outcome data. (deaths <10%, defaulters <15%, recovered >75%, coverage>50% (rural) or >70% (urban))
Most important in a non emergency context is coverage and reasons for low coverage - that is where most non emergency or integrated programmes struggle and need to focus their attention. Documentation of this can be found in coverage survey reports - there are examples of coverage surveys from integrated programmes that give good indicators or performance.
FANTA developed a framework for evaluating integration as part of their evaluation CMAM programmes post emergency in Ethiopia, Malawi and Niger April 2008 that alos may be useful.
