If the gut mucosa is not affected by an inflammation I would suggest to try F-100 and if it is tolerated even F-135. Include the amount of the losses in the calculated input. Is there a possibility to transfer the losses of the ileostomy to an eventually remaining part of the colon the content of the bags should be filled into the colostomy. - You see it is difficult to advise without further information about the patient, but you are welcome to continue with questions. The case is probably challenging even for a paediatric gastroenterologist.
