Mission : Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Nutrition & Surveillance Manager, you will have as main mission to set up and follow a system of quality assurance of the nutritional and food products in adequacy with the international standards and in line with the Nutrition & Health policy of the organization. More precisely, you will be in charge of:
Set up a quality assurance system for nutritional and food products throughout the ACF chain (supply, transport, storage, use, etc.)
- Review existing tools and guides and adapt them to international standards
- Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures for the purchase of nutritional and food products
- Develop essential and contractual documents for ACF related to quality assurance.
- Update and develop normative documents and ACF guidelines for the transport, storage and use of nutritional and food products
- Define and review the technical standards of each nutritional and food product
- Identify and technically validate laboratories for microbiological and nutritional analyzes
Provide direct operational support to all ACF International missions
- Provide technical support to field teams related to nutritional product management
- Accompany the missions for the implementation of the SOP Supply
- Ensure that procedures and standards for quality are known and respected at all levels
- Prepare training for nutrition / health and logistics staff at all levels
- Participate in the recruitment of profiles related to food technology and staff briefings
Ensure representation, coordination and advocacy at the international ACF level and at the global level
- Integrate the international quality group and perform audits and validation of suppliers at the international level and monitor potential new suppliers and new products on the market
- Ensure the representation of ACF in external meetings with other agencies / partners
- Bring ACF advocacy on possible issues identified around nutritional products
- Evaluate the relevance of global or regional partnerships with companies
Ensure coordination around insurance issues and quality control of nutritional and food products
- Attend Weekly Nutrition / Health Meetings
- Animate the Quality Task Force Headquarters
- Prepare communication circulars for ACFIN and other ACF partners.
Research profile : Holder of a Master degree in food technology, engineering or nutrition, or a master's degree in public health (option in food technology), you have at least 2 years professional experience in the field of nutrition, agro -food or nutritional products. You also have in-depth knowledge in the fields of agri-food, product development, manufacturing or the purchase of specialized nutritional products.
Organized and autonomous, you are recognized for your ability to analyze and summarize as well as for your communication skills both written and spoken. You also have the ability to effectively train and deliver a message to your interlocutors.
Experience in managing nutrition programs with an NGO or the United Nations is a plus.
English and French fluent (written and oral) essential.
Status : Integrated Framework - CDD (12 Months) - Full time
Salary conditions : From 38 to 46K € gross annual over 13 months according to experience, 21 days of RTT, 20 days of teleworking per year (as part of ACF's teleworking policy, after managerial agreement), restaurant vouchers at 8 € (60% coverage by ACF), complementary health care (reimbursed 80% by ACF), reimbursement 50% public transport.
