Summary Job Advert:
GAIN is seeking to engage a technical expert(s) to map the use and solutions of iTFAs in the food value chain in Nigeria between May and July 2019. The mapping will focus on the use of iTFAs among local and national food manufacturers.

The consultant is expected to have: an advanced university degree in food science/food technology; experience conducting research regarding the food industry particularly trans fats; experience conducting research in Nigeria; fluency in both written and spoken English.
