The primary purpose of the position of Senior School Health and Nutrition (SHN) Specialist is to provide technical assistance to SHN programs globally to ensure quality programming and to promote Save the Children’s strategic plan. The Sr. SHN Specialist contributes to the global leadership by assisting in strategic and operational plans for SHN in country offices and at home offices and by representing SC at international forums. The Senior Specialist leads in developing tools and frameworks to promote quality SHN programming, capacity building of program managers, and improved approaches globally.
