There is an exciting new opportunity at the United Nations World Food Programme. The Regional Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean is building its capacity to provide social and behaviour change communications (SBCC) support services to its partners and country offices, to make a lasting change for populations living in the context of the double burden of malnutrition. If you have a passion for communications, are dynamic, innovative and want to make a difference for the world’s poorer and most vulnerable, we want to hear from you.

Assisting 80 million people in 84 countries each year, the World Food Programme (WFP) is the leading humanitarian organization fighting hunger and malnutrition worldwide, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience. In Latin America, WFP works in eleven countries (Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua and Peru).

The Regional Bureau, and this opportunity, is located in Panama City, home to the Panama Canal; a modern city, with all required amenities and daily flights to major international destinations.
