Hi, does anyone know of resources for nutrition education in the context of Peru and Guatemala?
I am interested in education resources for both carers and clinic staff. Most of the children concerned have mild to moderate disability; some are underweight.
Are there any nutritionists in these areas who would be willing to correspond with me as I don't have experience in S America?
