Do you know of any global efforts/Initiatives linked to improving IPC data analytics .I find the current system to lack on breadth of data velocity,variety etc.The consensus in some instances is subjective. With big data and current advances in data analytics, are such systems like IPC in need of new ways of looking at data before making conclusions.
