I am suggesting to add a separated forum in the En-NET website. This Forum to be named as " Access and Access Constraints". I see some/many partners find it difficult to access to some places/districts because of multiple factors, natural and non-natural or even gender issues related to access. So any one can post any access constrains-related questions/answers.
