Peoples-uni is a UK-registered charity providing low-cost online Masters-level education to professionals in low- and middle-income countries. This reaches professionals who would otherwise not afford such education but arguably have most need for it. Among Peoples-uni's range of 17 modules is a Public Health Nutrition module, and Peoples-uni is seeking more volunteer tutors to teach online. Public health specialists and academics from around the globe dedicate a few hours of their time every semester to teach a small group of students online (asynchronous e-mail discussions over a two-week period, and assignment marking at semester close).
