Name Cost of CMAM and TFC per child

Im looking for a document summarizing the cost per child in CMAM and TFC programme. It come about during a CMAM training where reduced cost of cmam is an advantage over TFC. Kindly help get some document showing the calculations. Thanks,

You can contact FANTA-2 . Acccording to a previous posting on this forum , FANTA-2 was developing a draft CMAM costing tool that was to be field tested (MAY 2009) then made available. Was the field testing done and the tool made available ? Thanks
