Does anyone know what the process was when looking at research to determine the minimum SPHERE standards. I'm sure that outcome standards were informed by field experience and research – in terms of what attainable/realistic outcomes are for MAM and SAM treatment, but how were the cut-offs exactly determined?

Was the quality of CMAM programs assessed first and then the outcomes of good quality CMAM programs collected and averaged to determine the minimum standards?

We're trying to set minimum standards for other nutrition models and thought we could learn from the process that was followed in determining minimum SPHERE standards. Thank you.
