Job Purpose:
The main purpose of this job is manage the Nutrition Component of a food access and nutrition response programme
Main duties & Responsibilities:
. Supervision of two Supplementary Feeding Programme (SFP) teams
. Supervision of the Outpatient Therapeutic Feeding (OTP) and Stabilisation Centres (SC) Supervisors
. Coordination of the Community Mobilisation Teams
. Liaison with long term Concern Health team
. Compilation of statistics and data for reporting purposes
. Weekly reporting on nutrition programme
Person specification:
Essential
. Third level qualification in nursing/Public Health/nutrition management
. Minimum of two years experience managing CTC styled nutrition programming
. Fluency in spoken French and good oral and written English
. Strong management skills
. Strong analytical skills and statistical competency
. Can do and positive attitude
. Extensive experience of working in joint planning and capacity building with a host MoH system
. Strong team player
. Strong communication skills
Desirable
. Experience of working in West Africa and/or Francophone Africa
