we have a program called "Comperhensive Community based Integrated Nutrition Program" (CCBINP) has four elements(health and nutrition-community led total sanitation/WASH - Communication for development - and monitoring system))

one target of this project is to decrease stunting rate per 5% point per year...
Please guide me to do this assessment( assessment of stunting rate )????
