If you have MAM cases in your SFP program. They recieved their plumpy sup quantity of August. And they need two months to discharge them. so they should stay for September and October. in September and Octorber there is no Plumpy sup for any cause. 1. What are you going to do for these children who are coming every two weeks to your clinic. are you going to measusre them and tell them no plumpy sup. 2. Are you going to discharge them as defaulters?? howerver there is no service and the child comes..this agianst the definition of defaulting so how can you draft your reports.
Well, we don't know your context, stock of RUTF but you may look at this expanded criteria [url=https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CC4QFjACahUKEwjyscjM18THAhWKvBQKHWBkACU&url=http%3A%2F%2Ffiles.ennonline.net%2Fattachments%2F2185%2FGuidance-note-Expanded-Admissions-Criteria-v-2_25-Sept-14.docx&ei=4ZvcVbK9MIr5UuDIgagC&usg=AFQjCNGDLR2XGBjdd6yF8RNNipGrowyb4A&sig2=LfX4TN60xg5Bx1qtw0Q8-A]Link[/url] Given the conditions in this guideline, you may treat MAM with RUTF (1 sachet per child per day) for the time being.
