Senior Emergency Nutrition Advisor (Part-time, 50%) The Senior Emergency Nutrition Advisor provides leadership, technical support and coordination to World Vision International (WVI) for emergency nutrition and acute malnutrition, particularly in the areas of programming, operational research, policy and advocacy resulting in improved quality of nutrition programs. This position develops and coordinates systems that 1) build internal capacity to implement and 2) track emergency nutrition/acute malnutrition programs for impact and effectiveness, together with relevant stakeholders. This position builds networks with leading external agencies, networks and institutions, placing WV on the leading edge of programming and operational research in emergency nutrition and acute malnutrition. In addition, this position supports resource acquisition for emergency nutrition programming, and provides short-term deployment to global emergencies (about one to two/year).
