We are looking for: A NUTRITION AND HEALTH PROGRAM MANAGER Context: Sierra Leone, based in East-Freetown Taking into account its experience in and its presence in the communities, ACF play a role in the following fields: sensitization of the communities, contact tracking and provision of appropriate hygiene measures, food aid and mental health and care practices. More specially, you will be in charge to: • Contribute to the definition and implementation of ACF policies, positioning and strategies of Health and Nutrition Department in the mission • Contribute to the identification of needs and the definition and formulation of Nut projects • Ensure project implementation, monitoring and reporting • Contribute to evaluation, accountability and impact measurement of her project • Ensure local ACF representation and coordination in her area of intervention and develop local partnership • Manage, supervise and train the team • Contribute to capitalization and technical development in his/her sector The applicant: You hold a master degree in nutrition, nursing or medical doctor, with a previous 2 years field experience in nutritionist position, with at least one proven CMAM project management experience. You have a successful experience in working with government institutions, such as ministry of health and have developed Capacity to work in a complex environment with different levels of coordination Excellent communication and representative skills and team management are compulsory. A first experience with ACF will be a plus. Experiences in Western Africa will be an asset. You need to be at ease with urban context and have a capacity to manage stress link to Ebola outbreak and precaution requirements Your English is professional.
