We are looking for: A NUTRITION AND HEALTH PROGRAM MANAGER Country: Based in LIBERIA - Tubmanburg (Bomi County) on Ebola emergency and base opening context. Length of Contract: 3 months, starting as soon as possible The position: You will be responsible to reduce the morbidity as a result of the Ebola Virus Disease in Bomi County. More precisely, you will be in charge to: Supervise implementation of nutritional activities (CMAM services are available and integrated to the Ebola response activities at health facilities and community level in Bomi County) • Supply small equipment to supported health facilities • Conduct training for staff on nutrition protocols and care practices • Liaise with UNICEF and provide logistic support to supply chain for therapeutic feeding products Ensure the coordination with the different local partners • Represent ACF at local coordination meetings • Liaise with other partners intervening in the area Ensure coordination with other ACF departments • Participate to the base meeting • Ensure regular exchanges and field visits of other activities with Wash & Psychosocial team Contribute towards the definition of the program strategy with the Head of Department, technical and support department (HR, log and admin) • Contribute to the regional and national strategy for the program • Participate in proposals writing and technical reports for the donors The applicant: You hold a master degree in nutrition, nursing or medical doctor, with a previous field experience in nutritionist position (minimum 2 years) with at least one proven CMAM project management experience. Recognized for your capacity to work in different levels of coordination, you have developed excellent diplomatic communication, organizational skills and team management. Good experience in coordination with other organizations and training (CMAM protocols) You are also able to manage stress linked to Ebola outbreak and precaution requirements. Previous experience in Liberia would be an advantage. Fluent in English required.
