SPRING is looking for a consultant with expertise in agricultural data collection and analysis.
We will need a consultant for up to 90 days of work between December 1 and September 30, 2015.

Proven field-based agriculture monitoring and evaluation (especially indicator data collection) experience essential;
Experience with programs funded by USAID’s Bureau for Food Security or Bureau of Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance preferred;
Sound training and minimum 7 years of full-time experience in: program monitoring, qualitative and/or quantitative research methods, operations and/or formative research, and in the design, conduct and analysis of research studies (quantitative and/or qualitative);
Computer literacy, with demonstrated use of data analysis software (e.g. Stata, SPSS, Nvivo, Atlas.ti, etc.);
Excellent written and oral communications and negotiating skills;
Proficiency in French, Spanish, or other major foreign language, a plus;
Ability to travel internationally - travel to at least three different countries is envisioned.
