The CMAM Forum and its supporting agencies Concern and Valid International are looking to recruit a consultant to conduct an external evaluation of the ECHO-funded project, 'CMAM Forum Phase Two: Consolidation and Expansion'.
The consultancy is expected to be for a total of 21 days and to be carried out between November 1st and December 15th. The work can be done remotely.
Profile sought:
• Knowledge of the management of acute malnutrition, information-sharing and knowledge management
• Significant field experience in the evaluation of humanitarian / development projects, including nutrition projects
• Relevant degree / equivalent experience
• Significant experience in coordination, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes
• Good communications skills and experience of conducting interviews and facilitating group discussions
• Ability to write clear and useful reports (examples of previous work may be requested)
• Fluent in English, French desirable
• Understanding of donor requirements
• Ability to manage the available time and resources and to work to tight deadlines
• Independence from the parties involved
