We are looking for: A NUTRITION FLYING TECHNICAL SUPPORT Country : Kabul (but regular trips in the field) Length of Contract : 6 months, starting from the 1st of September 2014 General objective : Under the supervision of the Head of Nutrition and Health Department, you will be responsible to support and mentor Nutrition & Health Program managers in technical and managerial aspects of their position (capacity-building) Responsibilities : More specially, you will be in charge to: • The job training and development of the nutrition managers’ technical skills • Mentor Managers on quality, accountability and impact measurement process of the program • Establish training and skills development plan for the Nutrition teams of the current programs and provide technical trainings • Reinforcement of the capacities of the managers in capitalization and technical development in the sector Qualification and previous experience: You hold a master degree in health and nutrition or adequate fields. You have 1-2 years experiences in Health and Nutrition projects ideally with ACF or INGO’s in Emergency or Recovery context. You have good knowledge on Health & Nutrition Monitoring Tools and Methodologies. You have a successful experience in project cycle management and remote management. You are also able to train, coach and mentor your team in a multicultural context and in a successful way. Your English is compulsory.
