Dear Sir /Madam, As per the present norms the Special food (SF) is given for the treatment and rehabilitation of SAM children at NRC/CTC, Does globally has any evidence of use of MNT is better in prevention and treatment at SAM children and reduction in mortality. Requesting to give your opinions about use of MNT in treatment and rehabilitation of SAM Children. Does it has any adverse effects on long term use? How ethical it is to give MNT by replacement of SF.
