We are looking for: A LOGISTICS, FINANCE AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Country: Afghanistan, based in the Ghor province on Chaghcharan Base Length of Contract: 7 months form the 01st of May 2014 General objective: Under the supervision of the national field coordinator you will have to provide logistics, financial and HR management at base level in accordance with procedures laid down for the mission and ACF guidelines for provision of the optimum support for the programmes. Responsibilities: - Provide leadership in the area of activity - Implement and ensure the performance of the supply chain and of facilities management - Implement and ensure the performance of Information and Communication Technology and Network management - Contribute to security management - Provide accounting services for the base - Manage cash - Provide Human Resources management - Set up and follow up collaboration and coordination in logistics with the mission's partners - Manage the Logistics, Finance and HR teams in the base Qualification and previous experience: You hold a graduate or post-graduate degree in logistics, preferably with a focus on humanitarian and international logistics. You have already occupied a similar position on the field for an international NGO for at least two years, including an experience in a security-tense context and base opening. As a manager, you have developed strong training and capacity-building skills. Knowledge of ACF logistics operations and practices will be a plus. Fluent English compulsory.
